When you checkout, you might have noticed there are some issues when selecting the correct delivery date/time. This is a known glitch and one we're looking to solve as soon as we can. Here are a few things you can try that have worked for us to get around this issue for the time being:
- Try checking out on a different browser. For example, if you're using a Chrome browser, use Firefox instead. We have found the most common browsers having issues are Safari.
- Use a different device. Though we haven't been able to pinpoint an exact trend, we've noticed that some devices, like Apple devices, seem to show up more often with problems than others. Usually check out on your phone? Try ordering SupperBell on your computer instead!
- Clear your cache. Lastly, if you're experiencing this issue, clear your cache to see if that helps with a smoother checkout.
First and foremost, we're not a tech company, but we do deliver really good food! Therefore, we're working our hardest to put our developer hats (or hoodies?) on to get this issue squared away so it's more convenient for you to get delicious food delivered to your front door.
